Beware of Evercare Hospital. We thought this was a good hospital. Our elderly mother had an awful experience at Evercare hospital under the care of Dr. P. Rony and Dr. Margaret I. Although they saw that her health was deteriorating, Dr. Paul R. refused to release her when we asked for her to be released. Their Billing Dept. kept asking us for millions of naira. The Dr also did not give us regular updates about the step they were taking while she was at Evercare. They deprived us of spending our mother's last days with her. This was a painful and difficult experience for our family. When we met with their Leadership teams to discuss our grievances, they acknowledged that what their Drs did was wrong. We tried to get some of our money back from them for keeping our mother there, even though there was no need for our mother to be at the hospital anymore at the time, but to no avail. . Looking back, we could see that they used the opportunity to take millions of naira from us and not because they cared about our elderly mother recuperating. Everyone that reads this should be aware of Evercare hospital, Lagos. It is shocking how this hospital hasn’t been blacklisted yet.
